7 Quick and Easy NO COOK Breakfasts

It was Monday morning, I took too long to get out of bed, and now I was short on time! Has this ever happened to you?

 

My alarm went off at 6:15.  Let me just say, I do not like early mornings. Never have and quite possibly never will- I blame it on genetics (thanks Dad). I didn't have time for my routine so I pivoted to a few moments of breath work.  As Robert Burns once said, “The best laid plans of mice and men often go awry.”

 

Next thing I knew it was 6:35 and I had to be out of the house in 15 minutes! I had a lot going on that day and I knew I needed a healthy breakfast for sustained energy, mood and overall tolerance for the general population. Luckily, I had a list of quick and easy breakfast ideas saved on my iPhone. 

 

In 3 minutes, I was able to create a delicious, filling, and healthy smoothie that I could enjoy in my car. 

 

I relaxed knowing this smoothie would set me up for sustained energy and a stable mood throughout the day. Win win for me and everyone I interacted with that day!
