Is Intermittent Fasting Right For You?

Benefits may include boost in energy increase in mental focus accelerates weight loss helps regulate insulin allows GI track to rest helps bod heal/repair anti-aging
Interested? Start with a 12 to 14 hour break between dinner and breakfast. I personally enjoy a 7pm-9am window. This is NOT a restricted calorie fast rather a restricted time window of eating. And please, allow yourself flexibility.
What about coffee or tea? Have no fear, you can drink non-caloric beverages such as water, coffee and tea during your fast. I like a splash of Nut Pod Creamer but you could also add some unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk. Just avoid any sugar
Caution: If you are exhausted, not sleeping well, losing weight, have a disordered relationship with food, had a recent illness/hospitalization, have a chronic condition that is not under control, or are in the last 5-7 days of your cycle, do not do.

Curious about Intermittent Fasting? Go ahead and give it a try for a few days and see how you feel or you can email me to chat at heather@hertruenorthhealth.com
