Do you have a morning routine?

HOW YOU SPEND YOUR MORNING DETERMINES THE QUALITY OF THE DAY.

 

I challenge you to pick 1-2 activities listed below and experiment.   There is no single way to start a productive morning, so try out different activities and stick to routines and rituals that work better for you or bring out the best in you every morning.

Start gradually and know you don't have to do all of them. 


Choose 1-2 things that you think might work for you and your morning and see how it goes.

 

My morning routine originally started with a basic meditation, now it includes a 15-minute meditation, 16 ounces of water with lemon, a 3-minute downward dog , a 1-minute plank, a 1 minute side plank and a delicious cup of coffee while I am sitting on the lawn and writing in my gratitude journal.  And I have to say, it is one of the most treasured parts of my day!
